2. Scope of services

Vipcity.pl provides transportation services in the field of passenger transport with licensed limousines, vans, buses and coaches.
We provide CONCIERGE services (we cooperate with concierges who have the golden keys "Les Clefs d’Or Concierges"
Chauffeur services 
We also organize trips.

3. Concluding a contract at a distance or off-premises:
 Contracts concluded at a distance (e.g. via a website) or outside business premises (e.g. by telephone, e-mail) are covered by the right of withdrawal.

  The customer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by informing us of his decision within 14 days of concluding the contract by sending an appropriate statement to the e-mail address: contact@warsawbustravel.pl or by traditional mail.

– Withdrawal Policy: After reporting the will to withdraw from the contract, the deposit of 30% of the order value will be returned to the customer in full. The cancellation costs are borne by the company if the withdrawal takes place within the required time.

4. Payment Terms

All services provided by Vipcity.pl require prior payment in accordance with the following rules:

– Deposit: A deposit of no less than 30% of the order value is required and must be paid after accepting the quote and order conditions.
– The remaining payment is made after the service is completed directly to the driver or by bank transfer based on the sales receipt.

5. Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of the order, it is required to inform by e-mail or traditional mail (in writing), the following rules apply:
– Cancellation more than 30 days before the service: The deposit (30% of the order value) is fully refundable.
– Cancellation 30 days but not less than 14 days before the service: The deposit will be forfeited.
– Cancellation 14 days or less before service: Full payment for the ordered service is required, less fuel costs and driver's working time proportional to the order.

6. Prepayment for foreign customers

In the case of foreign customers, companies and institutions, an advance payment of 100% of the order value is required,

7. Payment methods

Vipcity.pl offers the following payment methods:

– Bank transfers (including international transfers).
– Payments by card.

8. Returns and complaints

In case of any complaints regarding services or payments, users can contact customer service at the following email address: contact@warsawbustravel.pl. All complaints will be considered in accordance with applicable law.

9. Changes to Company Policy
 The Administrator reserves the right to change the provisions of the Company Policy. Any changes will be published on the Vipcity.pl website and are effective from the moment of their publication, confirmed by the date of change.
